A Relationship With Your Mortgage Broker Gets You the Best Rates?
Are you a first time home buyer, move up buyer, investment buyer, or, interested in remodeling your house into the home you always dreamed of?
Mortgages are usually the biggest investment in most people's lives. This is a big step for people.
Who can you trust? Is your mortgage consultant honest? Are you getting the best rates?
My goal is to build lifetime relationships with every client. Trust is Key for me to build these relationships.
I am upfront with my fees and what to expect, as I lead you through the mortgage process.
How is AJ different?
People have mortgage needs that are directly tied to everything that is important to providing a good home and future for their family. You cannot separate human emotion from finance. What AJ does is:
1.         Listens to his clients for as long as they need to be heard;
2.         Gives his clients access to the best knowledge and expertise he and Bank of America have to customize the right mortgage product/program for them; and
3.         Continues to listen to them as he builds lifetime relationships with the client.

I listen, I hear, I help guide my clients... as they build a home and future for their families.
