Balance Plus has a highly trained and experienced staff of accountants/bookkeepers who provide excellent work and exceptional customer service. Because our staff members have a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we usually can assign a staff person to you who has experience working with a company similar to yours.

Balance Plus staff is happy to meet with its clients at the client's location, as needed. We typically perform the ongoing accounting work in our own offices, but when necessary, we can perform it at the client's premises.

What We do for You!

We help small to medium-sized businesses who need to have someone handle their accounting/bookkeeping needs. We prepare everything throughout the year so that it will be complete and up-to-date for the tax preparer at tax time.Many small businesses – especially new businesses – is that they have incomplete or ineffective record-keeping.

The result is that they don’t know how much product they are selling, how much they have (or have not) billed for, how much they have spent on inventory (and how much is still left), etc. In short, they don’t have a clear picture of how their business is performing.

Without having this information, it is difficult to manage the business!The solution lies in sitting down with the client and going through the existing records to see what their situation is. At this point, we either can keep the client’s books for them or train them in the use of Quickbooks.

Once we do this, Balance Plus can help the client forecast and plan his or her revenues and expenses.
