Bio

My background is in merchandising. I have spent the better part of my previous career in customer service and sales. I started working for Descriptive Signage 16 years ago.

The company was started by my late husband in 1981. I started working with my husband in 1990. When he was diagnosed with cancer I took a much more active role. When he passed away in l997 I took over everything.

I added another dimension to the business we loved

The nice thing was that our clients asked me not to sell the business because they loved the way we made signs and the way we did busienss. They let me know that they would do what they could to support our business. Our philosophy is to give a great product at a fair price. We continue to abide by that policy. Since taking over the company I have doubled our client base.

Since, one of my strengths is in direct communications with clients, I am very often away from the shop. However, I have a very competent staff that cares about the quality of the signs that we produce. Quality is a very big thing for all of us.

I like to spend my down time either playing tennis or taking my dog Brandy (our shop dog) to Carmel or Tahoe. She is are official meeter and greeter, so if you are looking for some loving we are the place to come.
