Excel Graphics - and in particular - Venus Tang, has made my life as a graphic designer so much easier. 

 There is a peace of mind knowing you have a printer who cares as much about the final prooduct as you do!  No matter how much I proof something, there are times when things slip through the cracks.  Venus has caught things on more than one occasion.  Or perhaps we have chosen a specific color together.  In the midst of printing, she will call me to explain why she thinks that particular color won't work and suggests a different color option.  And when I give an impossible deadline, she seems to do the impossible and get it out on time.  An experience a very short time ago really sums up my relationship with Excel Graphics: 

I did a job for a client who had a contract with another printer.  I was having problems with a particular file and did not hesitate to contact Venus.  Although she knew the job was being printed elsewhere, she spent time with me, explaining how to fix the problem!

I have given, almost exclusively, every print job I have had to Venus and Excel Graphics for 13 years now.  I honestly have to say that I would feel lost as a graphic designer without them.
