January has started off with great energy in our Real Estate Market - great weather, low interest rates & stable homes prices! With all these factors working together the Buyers are out in force. The Sunday open houses are bringing out a lot of people in search of their next home. Yes, there are people who are just looking, however, there are serious buyers too & they want to buy during this time of opportunity! Since the inventory is low they don't have a great selection the sellers on the market now are doing quite well!
