Tim McKinley, a member of the California Bar since 1976, is a highly experienced attorney with a practice that concentrates on family law matters.

Prior to opening his practice, Tim McKinley was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation who, while with the FBI, concentrated on investigations involving organized crime and narcotics. He retired as one of two Division Counsel for the San Francisco Division of the FBI.
